Over the Years
Michelle is a certified Technology Business Management (TBM) Executive whose responsibilities included direct oversight of budget, administrative operations, and contract oversight in the office responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to human capital management and administrative support. Michelle directly supported the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s 8,000 employees by allocating resources for the Department’s space/rent allocation, human resource payroll/ performance management support, and Field office service delivery. In addition, Michelle used cost accounting principles to assign Information Technology (IT) direct and indirect costs to business operations.

Michelle has a desire to serve and to make things better for people and organizations. For many years, she served as a Girl Scout Leader, Troop Cookie Mom, President of the Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA), and as fundraising chairperson for the local chapter of her college alumni association. Throughout all of these opportunities, Michelle facilitated and developed practices which resulted in youth gaining skills which they leveraged into permanent jobs and into securing scholarship dollars to enable them to attend college. One project near and dear to Michelle’s heart is the Feds Feed Families program, a nationwide, 50 federal agency food drive to combat food insecurity in the United States. In 2011, through Michelle’s leadership, the Feds Feeds Families programmed more than doubled its goal of collecting 2 million pounds of food/nonperishable items, ultimately bringing in over 5.7 million pounds of food that was distributed to food pantries through the country.
In 2018, Michelle formalized the unpaid consulting practice that she performed for years by founding MVDG Services Ltd. Through the founding of MVDG Services Ltd, Michelle’s goal is to help customers and clients gain a better understanding of their company’s financial position through the capture and assignment of costs to operations. Savings identified and generated through this process will be recommended for redeployment to facilitate company innovation, expansion and growth.
